19th Century Metamorphic Library Chair and Steps


A wonderfully quirky metamorphic natural wood library chair, well made and incredibly practical. Transforming easily in one simple unfolding movement from chair to a set of four tread library steps, it has brass latches on the side to lock the structure safely in place. The back of the chair is constructed with two rectangular and chamfered cross rails, which have been pierced with gothic-style trefoil motifs.
