17th Century French Oak Armchair
$1.800,00
A very interesting 17th century oak armchair, dating from around 1630 and featuring a flat planked seat, solid flanks and a slatted back. Set on a square-framed base, with stretchers all round just above floor height, this chair has simple but elegant straight arm rests and squared legs, and its great age and usage has left it with a very pleasing colour and well worn patina, with wonderful wear to the stretcher and seat. This chair would add great charm and character to any room.
