Refund Policy:

Please note that we do not accept refunds or returns. Items purchased from antiquesfromfrance.au are sold ‘as seen’. The very nature of antiques means that age-related marks and signs of wear and tear will invariably be present, owing to the age and former life of the items. All goods are second-hand, and are in good original used condition unless otherwise stated in the description.

We take great care to examine each item in our inventory, and note any flaws or existing damage in the photographs and description as accurately as possible. If you require more detailed information about any piece, we will be pleased to send you more photos or answer any specific questions.

Please note that whilst we endeavour to provide an accurate description of each piece, any photographs, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any colours or images attached, are offered solely to provide you with an approximate idea of the goods they describe. It is not always possible to be absolutely certain of age, materials, period or originality: all descriptions are based on professional opinion only.

Although we do not operate an in-house restoration or conservation service, we are pleased to recommend local repairers, and provide you with every assistance possible.
