A pair of antique French three-light candelabra in silver plate, by the acclaimed silversmith Victor Saglier (1809-1894) who was known for creating beautiful pieces in ceramic, gold and silver in the Art Nouveau style of the late 19th century. Simple and classically elegant in design, each one rests on a stepped round base, its central barrel rising and widening to meet the outwardly curving arms. Three candle holders, with a simple stepped design to match the base, rise from circular drip tray
