This superb antique two-tiered ‘Dumb Waiter’ serving table dates from the end of 19th century, and is beautifully constructed in mahogany veneer and marble. Crafted in the Louis XVI style, it features two graduated mahogany shelves, each enclosed by an ornate pierced brass gallery, the upper one topped with white-veined marble. The table is supported by a shaped central column, over four tapering straight legs terminating in brass sabot feet.
