Six Louis XV-style ladder-back dining chairs, in excellent condition. These lightweight, but comfortable chairs originate from Provence, and each is fitted with a large ‘envelope’ style rush seat. The top rails of the curved backs are decorated with a haut-relief carved spray of olive leaves, as is the lower apron, while a beautifully carved and turned stretcher joins the legs.
