A beautiful pair of five-armed Saxony style candelabra
SOLD
A very beautiful and unusual pair of five-armed Saxony style candelabra, in gold-lacquered tole and white, blue and gold porcelain. Taking the stylised form of pink-hued rosebuds and wafer-thin golden foliage issuing from a central vase, each sits on an ornate base decorated with painted and embossed flowers. Five delicately painted porcelain candle holders top each piece. Some small signs of aged related wear and tear are present.
Circa 1950
