A magnificent old triptych barber’s mirror, in gilt brass and leather, and featuring three leather- clad mirror panels that open out to provide a wide reflection or fold up for easy storage. Complete with hanging chain for wall mounting, and supporting feet for display on a vanity unit, this handsome mirror would look fabulous in a bathroom or bedroom, or perhaps in a gentleman’s dressing room. The front closure panel is sheathed in burnt orange leather and is embellished with a gilded design of cherry branches dripping with fruit. The internal panels are clad in black leather.

The mirror does show some signs of wear, in keeping with its age and usage, but this does not in any way detract from its charm.
