A handsome 18th century provençal buffet, or sideboard, in mellow and beautifully aged walnut. Opening with a central frieze drawer and two large, lockable cupboard doors under. Decorated with prominent mouldings to the front and doors, it also features carved embellishments to its scalloped apron. This wonderfully substantial buffet has had some historical repairs made to its rear side and scrolled feet, but it is in good structural condition, and offers plenty of storage.
