An unusual and fantastically ornate antique table, possibly originating from Spain, complete with beautifully curved and scrolled cast-iron legs. Full of character, its base is wonderfully aged and embellished with swirling and highly decorative motifs, including scrolls of acanthus leaves and elaborate swan heads at the top of each leg. The table top is moulded and polished natural walnut. Substantial and heavy, this would make a quirky yet functional dinner table. 19th century.
