An intricately carved and very ornate wall mirror in wood and gilded stucco, decorated with oves and intertwined flowers against a background of stylised scales. Each corner features the addition of an elaborately carved ‘step’, which contributes greatly to its sense of regal splendour. This is a real statement piece, and would make a wonderful focal point on a wall where its rich golden mouldings could catch the sunlight. Circa 1900
